Sales and delivery terms
Below you will find useful information regarding the use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we handle your entered information, how you receive your receipt after a purchase, and much more. When DHS is mentioned below, it is used as a synonym for De Hvide Svaner Camping.
Payment
All prices listed in the DHS online booking system, like all other prices on the website, are in Danish kroner, including VAT and all fees, unless otherwise stated and clearly indicated in the specific situation.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in the online booking system, including but not limited to Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners.
Information on shopping online
You can shop safely online through our booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected against any misuse of your credit card online. Therefore, there is no excess payment in the event of misuse of your payment card online.
Shipping and delivery
Upon booking and payment for a cabin, a pitch for your own tent, or a pitch for your own caravan, you will be presented with a booking confirmation/contract from DHS, in which the details of your purchase are shown. The confirmation can be printed after the booking is complete and will be sent to your email immediately after purchase, provided the correct email address is provided by the buyer.
The delivery of the ordered product occurs upon arrival at DHS on the arrival day (and ends on the departure day). Both of these times are indicated in the confirmation mentioned above. The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
Booking changes
If you need to change your booking, please contact DHS via email: info@dehvidesvaner.dk.
Cancellation terms
- For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, we refund 75% of the stay’s price.
- For cancellations made later than 6 weeks but no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date, we refund 50% of the stay’s price.
- For cancellations made later than 4 weeks before arrival, you are liable for 100% of the stay’s price, and no refund will be given.
Cancellations must be made via email: info@dehvidesvaner.dk.
A stay can also be moved instead of cancelled, but it must be completed by the season after the original booking date was supposed to take place.
